The face keeps the moment. The desk does the work. The link is checked.
The creation
Glasses on the face witness a moment and keep the picture and the sound. A desk program on the wearer’s own computer receives a smaller packet: the words, and only the extra fields a one-time calibration turned on. The glasses grade that reconstruction. The desk does not invent the grade.
An answer spoken on the face is speech. It is never a grade. Off the link, the glasses still answer, take a photo, and record. The receipt waits in order until the home computer is reachable again.

Photos, video, audio, transcripts, and words are made by the glasses. The program in this project is the desk those glasses connect to.
Two memories

The words keep their meaning. A class label is not a stand-in for the sentence. Higher accuracy sends a larger sketch, more slowly. Lower accuracy sends a smaller sketch, faster. The extra bytes are the fields the ruler checks, not a bigger movie.
The glasses delete the sketch and the rich copy for that window. The desk appends the archive. The photo roll stays.
The glasses name the fields that missed, then send the rich file. The desk stores it only when the bytes match the length and the hash.
On the link
A recording is one video file, picture and sound, one window, one grade. At 8 MiB the glasses close that file and open a new window. Recording continues.
Calibration happens once, when the wearer first gets the glasses: a minute of speaking and looking, stored on the phone. The wearer can change it later. They do not stamp every window.
The model
While the wearer is out, the glasses can ask the desk to run a feature it already has. The glasses do not pick the feature. They send the wearer’s sentence as the prompt.
When a Grok key is set on that computer, the desk sends the sentence to Grok and obeys the id that comes back. With no model attached, a reader stands in. Either way, a request for anyone besides the wearer is refused, and nothing is submitted. A feature that acts in the wearer’s name has to be first person. A feature that changes something or files something waits for accept on that same window. Accept writes one submission. A feature that only reads, such as finding a thing the wearer put down, answers without a submit.
If an application never names the job, or a signup never says where to enter, the desk says that gap and does not guess a form.
Grok, in this creation, is a model a person connects with their own key. It is not the name of the glasses, and it is not the name of the desk.
